HELP PLZ (ODB2b ecu + jumper/adapter > ODB2a harness

Heres what i found and not 100% sure on what it means.. to me it says its all bad.. Nehoo does anyone have experience or know wiring well enough to let me know if a odb2b ecu can mate with a odb2a harness by using a jumper/adapter? Can buy monday and would save time pulling harness out and changing out the alarm. (Putting 2001 itr motor from wrecked itr ><; into a 98 itr shell, 98 shell has harness with alarm mated to it)
