Iam starting to get frustrated with thing it wont budge i have been trying to get it out for a hour now and i dont know what else to do everywhere i reserched it say just use a little umph and iam a big dude and no matter what type of pliers i use they just slip off is there any type of lube i can use without hurting anything or a alternent way.

Now onto your issue-

These cars are getting older so these plastic/rubber components are not as pliable as they used to be. The PCV's location also puts you at a disadvantage. The only lubricant I would recommend would be spraying Simple Green (any another type of degreaser) on the areas surrounding the PCV. I would do that the night before you plan on working on the piece just to make sure it has adequate time to seep in. You have already mentioned this, but it really is a piece you just have to work and wiggle your way out.

Sorry about my typing, like i said very frustrated at the time when i posted it. But after taking a break i came up with a solution and finally got it to come loose and out. Thanks though for the help.

No worries, I'm glad you were able to get it out. What method worked the best for you?

the pliers i was using were short so i could never get a good grip (hands were at the end of the pliers and sweaty), so my choices were find a longer set or get something that had some grip, i just moved and every thing was still in boxes so i got a oven mitt off the counter and griped the pliers and just wiggled and pulled and it finally came out. thank god for kitchen appliences. But i just hope this pcv will last another 213 miles.
