what suspension do you have?

Re: hi, im turbohf.

suspension:
TEIN Type RE Damper Kit
Skunk2 adjustable front upper control arms
SPC adjustable rear upper control arms
Full-Race Pro Street traction bar
all US stock bars (minus front strur bar lol)

not really the way i would have done it. might eventually change it to the way i would have? lol
ill put some good tires on it and send it around the track, make some changes from there.

VERY sad and true.

 thats how she arrived in my end of the world in like 04 i think? all panels and dash where left. pretty much the rest gone.

at least there are still people in this world willing bring them back to live, instead of just killing them, and letting them die :( props always to those that rebuild/restore an R!

Wait... Bartons old FL car, turned Clayton Bigsby's WA state old car? :)

If so that car DOES have a lot of history!

ok. im gonna skip a couple i think. non-important/no pics lol.

first honda:

1990 Prelude Si

first project:
Image
Image
"turbohf" came from this. 88 CRX HF. had lots of motors over the years. up to a LSVTEC turbo.

i know you said honda's...
Image
Image
1991 VW GTI. but this was pretty sick. 300whp/280ft tq. stock 2.0 bottom, 16v head. hydro trans. 60trim turbo.
but still drove like a VW... fast one tho.

GSR:
Image
1992 Integra GSR. all stock. well TEIN springs and C8's. love this car. SLOW AS BALLZ. but i loved this. i really liked DRIVING this more than the GTI. should have never sold it.

red CX:
Image
92 Civic CX. 97 JDM ITR swap, GC/Koni, etc, etc. chassis sucked.

white CX:
Image
Image
Image
B16B w/ITBs... big ass T4 60-1 lol
Image
392whp/225ft at 9200. on a B16A. stock block (pauter rods, endyn pistons). ITR head, Crower stage 2 NA cams. T4 from above.
Image
it did rev higher that 9200 on occasion lol. trapped like 4mph quicker that run lol 124mph i think
Image
then the B20VTEC... 220whp/148tq

then i grew up? and realized these where just... not ITRs lol.

hope you enjoyed my poor excuse for a turbohf automotive life story slide show... 8)

Nice timeline. The MkII is sick!! I have a soft spot for dubs but would never own one due to how finnicky they are.

Nice group of cars. I should try and list out my Honda's...though it may be quite depressing.

I could not of said it better my self, I had enough money to k20R/jdmfront, etc my gsr but realized It will never really be an R........ so I bought a DD truck and picked up my 97R shell last week......... couldnt be happier, even if it wont have a motor in it for a while...

I like how clean and simple your R is, just continue to drive the hell out of it and enjoy it, they were not meant to sit in a garage ( well at night of course) haha

yep, sounds just like me. i made the decision that this 97R was going to be mine, and parted my entire CX that i spent MANY MANY hours on, in like a day. sold everything that wouldnt fit the R, or i wouldnt put on it. once i got my 97 home, it didnt matter... i had my R :) shit i didnt even know what i was going do with her, other than drive her. (she had no swap when i got her). think it was over a month before i even drove her.

speaking of driving... 4500miles in >3months.... clock is tickin = 90005miles and counting :P
