Haha no it was pretty stock I believe. He was downshifting to 2nd gear on the back straight and I was staying in 4th gear. It was 120 degrees on track so I didn't need to be downshifting just to blow another car for video purposes. I had a bunch of lag in 4th because I was at like 2,000 rpms when I hit it...listen to the video and you'll hear the car doesn't rev up until a bit down the straight.

The first scene of the whole vid you can see I'm flying up behind him when I was going all out.

I thought the same thing honestly...definately some fast cars in my class. I'm hoping for Summit Point in August and then moving up to HPDE 3.

I don't think I would've had a chance to get my arm out the window. fawk. ha!

I can't wait for the next event haha...VIR was awesome. But I did blow my power steering...the steering rack was covered in fluid.

It took me a long time to learn the course...definately 10 x's harder than Autobahn. That video was like my 1st session of the weekend.

I thought VIR was easier to learn than ACC...maybe because I was REAL slow back then. DB7 powah

O haha. Yea Idk....I was hitting 150-165 mph all weekend....definately scary. I need a wing and splitter to add some downforce on my car.

basing your line off the cars in front of you is a sure fire way to do everything completely wrong. You're mostly just missing apexes and not using enough of the track. More relying on your horsepower rather than using it.
