2000 ITR Track Car. Texas

Some of know the car " and some have run against it" but i think its time it finds a new home.
It has been dormant in my shop for two years now waiting for me to put the K in or rebuild a b for it.
I have done neither. She was a 2000 ITR that was stolen in Cali and i rebuilt and have run for years. It is titled in Texas but as a gsr because she was stripped and only came with a " for destruction only" title. Vin tags were moved over ,even the fire wall one.
I could never take a perfectly good ITR and turn it in to a track car. That would be sad.
So, its a real ITR chassis, suspension,brakes body panels, and even most of what interior is all type R. Even the cluster.
The front end is JDM " as you can see" all lights,turn signals, wipers, power mirrors,windows even the blower motor works fine.
At one time i used to drive to the track events swap tires, mop up and swap tires then drive home. lol
The suspension is Bilstein/H&R that is tuned for a R and brother do you know that when on the track. You will never a find a better handling car it is a dream on track. Brakes are type R abs with cobalt pads, Wickedly effective.
Presently there are Corbeau seats " the passenger is on a very low mount" it does not carry a passenger much but i needed one for a PCA event.
It has a full cage and FAL rear back glass.
So here is the deal: I lost the two engine's for it one after the other and stopped playing with it. One engine to " to much timing and one to a rc injector that leaned out one cylinder and melted a piston. Both short blocks can be re pistoned and run the engine are fine. if you look close both heads are fine too one is a damn high dollar one at that. you will notice there are no valve guides sticking out and a wild ass port on it. each cyl will flow 220 cfm.. that boys and girls mounted on a stock jdm short block pulled 219hp at the front wheels.
Now i was going to give up on B series and go K. I have 2- K 24 short blocks with tsx crank,rod and piston. a K20 " Civic si head,cams,intake etc for a k24/k20 build. I also have shifter,ecu,harness both engine, and conversion,complete aluminum mount kit, low mount shifter kit, and two large boxes that have head studs ,lines etc...
I want $5000 for the car which comes as:
The car as is, seats suspension,wheels tires, brakes etc.

1 set of 16"x7" Ronal wheels "CW"
2 sets Kosi 15x7 one set white one black
3 stock itr 15" rims cw
1 set JDM ITR 16"
Even the Honda ITR car cover goes with it.
Want the K swap stuff ? add $2500 all of it but no trans
want the B series stuff ? add $2000 once again i do not have a trans or axles for either set up. The rsx k trans w/lsd in the pic is not mine. But i bet he would sell it for $1200, not cheep but its a complete " Honda rebuilt trans with a new lsd in it".

I hate to see it go but i hate to see it as a work bench more!!!
