Are you looking for Muffler only, or the whole cat back?
IIRC, you can buy just the muffler section new from Acura for $215.

Yeah just the muffler alone. I was hoping to grab a used one for around $130 or less if possible.

People who have them, usually won't sell for that cheap. For the less than 100 extra, I'd go new and not worry.
