Just confirmed with Rodrez that I'll be doing the honda tuning coverage for this so I'll def be there. Now the only question is, pay for both days and just sit a couple of sessions to take pics or just pay for one day and spend one full day doing each.

I wonder if you could work out a deal with Turn One where you could track and take pictures both days?

I need to call and make sure they apply my coupon from last year. Who should I ask for? I imagine Erik will be in the same boat.

Is CMP worth the drive for me? It's a Wilson track, correct? Some of his are, and others are so similar to his other tracks, that it's not. There are a few sections at MAM that are simply larger versions of Gingerman, as an example. However, Autobahn is definitely a bit different, and the same for the original BeaveRun design (when will they finish the south course!?).
That's right after my bday, and I think that way would be a fun way to celebrate. I'm pretty sure I finally have the car running the way I'd like.
I'll find out Monday...Autobahn Full instructing...

I cant say its anything "special" in terms of track layout and design... BUT i always have a great time, its def. one of those can not miss events like expo.
PS: there is a bojengles close by for breakfast and ketchup/hot sauce

I dunno call me crazy but I love CMP, maybe because it's one of those tracks an ITR does very well on but it's a "fun" track, not to be confused with challenging but I definitely have a blast out there.

I sincerely love the rhythm you can get into at CMP. It's just long enough not to get bored, and short enough that by the end of the weekend you've got it down.

I'v made many ~8 hour trips to this track, the far majority as a spectator, and I have always had a good time.
