A VAFC is a good investment, although untill you push over 300 horses to the wheels, you don't even need a fuel rail. The fuel pump will just make you car run rich, in turn, making it slower, and as far an ignition amp like an MSD and an external coil are totaly un-necesary unless you have a turbo or spray, and even then the factory ignition system is good to like almost 350 whp, though you might at that point want to consider an external coil. In any case, If you want more horse power, you are going about it all in the wrong way. Don't change you fuel or ignition system until you have a reason to.
