Have you guys attempted to make a work signature for your emails on the phone? After I enter my info and save it it's fine. However when I send an email with the signature it's as if the phone makes my address, phone number, and everything into a hyperlink and looks awful.
Any help/advice?

I use Touchdown for Exchange and not the regular messaging platform. I have a signature with it and no problems. What OS are you on? 2.1 has known problems with Exchange 2007/2010 so they will give you a license for Touchdown for free. If you are on 2.2, no free software.

Yeah 2.2. It's frustrating because it's something that should be really easy. When I'm in the editing mode everything looks just fine. Something in the software is jackin' it up as I send the email. Maybe if I send this complaint they may give my touchdown for free? hmmBradstard wrote:I use Touchdown for Exchange and not the regular messaging platform. I have a signature with it and no problems. Call Motorola. If not, shoot me a PM and I might have a license code.

IIRC Motorola were the ones dishing out the Touchdown codes.
