WTB: CW or NHBP Type R for under $10k

As much as I'd love to snatch up one of the $9k PY's out there, I can't justify the probability of theft. Here are my criteria:

Drivetrain
-Tasteful modifications are welcome
-Rebuilds are preferred if the car is high mileage
-Must have cold A/C, P/S, ABS
-No abusive driving in its past with a 16 yr old
-Regular oil changes
-Aftermarket wheels are fine

Body
-No rust
-No major scratches, dents, etc.
-Repairs are not a deal breaker
-Must be Championship White or Nighthawk Black Pearl

Interior
-Must have armrest with badge
-Must have steering wheel with airbag (JDM is fine)
-OEM, JDM Recaros, or aftermarket racing seats
-No smokers
-No aftermarket gauges unless installed very cleanly
-Must include all body panels (i.e. side skirts, lip, wing, etc)

Location
-I live in Maryland, but am willing to travel up to 600 miles each way if this is worth it
