I know that I already mentioned it, but here is it's own thread.....
Is anyone interested or planning to be at the Glen, either to compete or spectate on the weekend of October 18-20
EMRA racing is the sanctioning body and i think anyone can run the trials.
A stock ITR kicks ass as it is, so no excuses....let's go and have fun..

This was a damn cool event.
Just got back and after driving Mosport, Road Atlanta and Mt.Tremblant , I didn't think there was another similarly challenging course around. it has 3 long straights with 1 of them topping 135mph. Wow!!! Flat out up the esses in 4th at 8,500 rpm.
This place is damn fast , with an avg. 85mph over 2mins.
I'll try and post pix if they become available.
I had so much fun...this should be illegal.
Thanks to the EMRA organization for putting on a great event. Only bummer was competing against cars classed as ST GT. Vettes, Vipers, Lancers Nsx's etc.
Oh well what can you do?
This is where ITR's should be used.

When I went to the Glen 2 years ago for a Ferrari Challenge race, a guy crashed his 360 in the spot from the third pic, he smacked the wall pretty bad, and had to be hospitalized.
