anyone have a good site or can give me detailed instructions on how to drain and fill my tranny fluid?

also what is the site that sells the official service manual for our cars?

Where can you find the helm manual used? Helm, Inc has been out of stock for at least a month now. It is really annoying. I need manual 61ST705 - 1998 Integra Service Manual. I actually have a 2000 Type R, but helm says that I need this manual (which is out of stock) and the 2000 suppliment (which I have).
