I would say for where you are at B's is jumping the gun. ALso I personally would avoid B's based on the timing belt issues. Get A's.
That being said $375 gets you a JDM header and $165 gets you the Carsound cat to go with it.
$300 gets you a VAFC.
Cam Gears - Toda $300 (I think), Skunk 2 $200 or less.
Tuning on the Dyno $125-$150 for an hour.

Personally I would just stick with the Stock Cams. I put a 2001 ITR intake cam in my 98 but I am not sure if it is worth it.
I would do the Header first. If you have the VAFC already spring for the Toda Header for $950 ish. THen tune. Will probably be looking at anywhere from 12-17 more whp and a good bit of tq.

thanks man, ill hook up the vafc tomorrow and you dont know where i can get a toda header from, i dont know any where that sells toda or even can get it. know any one with a used one b/c 950 is kinda high for it, iguess its worth it. but i was kinda worried about ground clearance... she's pretty low..
if not toda what else would u rec.???

for Toda try
http://www.jdmspecperf.com and tell Leo Trey sent ya or try
http://www.ipsracing.com
The only 2 headers I considered were the OEM JDM 4-1 or the Toda. SMSP is also an option.
Stay away from DC stuff is ground clearance is a concern.
Be sure to schedule some dyno time once you get the VAFC in.

Yup. If you go for the Toda B/C cams then you should probably get a Toda or SMS header. Tuning is defiantely key. I would take a step further than the VAFC and get a Hondata setup too.

Not sure where you are located but if it is anywhere near N ATL try going to Dynolab. THey come highly recommended by the other ATL ITR owners.
