i know stock has great handling and is very nice. but who out there changed there suspension and found one that handles better? tell me if the change was for the better or worse, and what was youre setup. im thinking of swapping my type r suspension for koni shocks and the eibach prokit. this is for a daily driver who races every once in a while. i had skunk 2 coilovers on my 00 civic si and the front two threaded collars keep cracking up the sleeve and the threads making them no good. so this is why im shading away from coilovers.

you are confusing coilover sleeves with true coilovers.

GC's and Junk2's are sleev setups while TEIN and Zeal type coilovers are true threaded shock bodies.

Mugen N1 suspension makes my car handle like its on rails. A little stiff for the street but I deal with it.

i have buddy club racing spec damper coilovers and i like them
16 levels of adjustment for stiffness and overall good quaility
i have heard good things about mugen n1's too but never had experience with them
