Wassup guys.. I've been searching and searching for a decent price ITR
with decent miles and in the color that I wanted. But I have some questions before I start modding the car. The first thing I would like to do is replace the stock bumper with a Mugen JDM front bumper and replace the headlights with JDM headlights. But the question that I have is, will the bodyshop have to remold my body to fit the headlights or because I am getting a JDM hood and bumper will if be easy for them to just put the lights in place? Another question is I have just a Mugen Intake from my uncle (he is very rich and it was my birthday) and he was wondering if i wanted to get an exhust. I would like to get an exhust but don't really like the sound of it, so I was wondering if i could just keep the exhust stock? and will it sound nice?

1st, for the "Accord" front you need: Both JDM Integra Fenders, JDM Integra Hood, JDM Integra core support, JDM Integra Headlights (HID or non-HID). Most likely youll have to buy the whole setup which will include the bumper as well. There you need a 2nd gen (I believe) hood cable. Maybe some other crap as well.

2nd, Leave the stock exhaust until you need something better (not for awhile). Header and a high flow cat or testpipe will do far more than your average exhaust. When you do get an exhaust, try out SMSP's, Hytech, etc. For the header, it depends on what you want to spend.

3rd, Learn to drive the car before getting crazy with mods. It will surprise you in handling when left stock.

4th, enjoy the car.

So, what do you lan to do with it? Drag? daily driver? autox? HPDE?

First and foremost, enjoy the car! It is truly something special.

However, just a word of caution, Im not sure where you are located but advice is to be careful where you "show it off" as the ITR is quite possibly the strongest theft magnet in the country. I like to keep a low profile if it all possible myself.

well.. thanks for that, but i have found more problems with the ITR and my dad has decided to return the car :( but my dad promised me to find me another ITR and hope that I will find one soon..
Well I am guessing your all thinking why I returned it, First the transmition was really messed up, the car sometimes would not go into reverse and sometime into 3. Second problem the check engine light wasn't turning on
Lastly i would rev in car in gear and the rev would go up and then die and kill the car. This car isn't in the best shape. I am really upset but Hopefully my dad will be able to find me an new ITR, or one that just works haha.. well thanks for the help guys

For some reason I feel better, Oh wait,,, that was sarcasism.

But on a serious note- Don't abuse the R by brining it to shows and putting all this cool stuff on it, Strip it down and make love to it on the track. Join your local road racing group and have real fun.
