Need some HELP in MD ASAP !

Two Integras Street Racing killed a 52 year old man walking on the street on sunday night. They hit him so hard he was thrown 225 ft. Both of his legs and one arm were SEVERED.

RIP to that man. I couldn't tell you what the fuck I would do if its would have been my dad or something just minding his own shit and 2 fucking punks did this to him. Man I'm so fucking pissed about this.
Another reason why street racing doesn't pay.
