How to tell if an ITR is a REBUILD or NOT?

Post by Lunacy »

Are there any methods to check if an ITR is a rebuild or not?
I'm planning on buying one and I don't want to be scammed.

There's actually a company you can call, and for $100 they send out a mechanic to check out the vehicle, and tell you what kind of condition it's in, any kinds of obvious repairs that have been done, blotchy repairs, or anything that still needs to be done. For $100 (US), I think it's worth it; rather than finding out later that you may need $100 + of repairs done to it.

For tips on wreck damamge looks for the VIN stickers that are placed on Original Body panels. They are in a lot of various places.
