Are the '98-'01 ITR Taillights different from the '98-'01 GS-R Taillights?
Will either fit my '97 GS-R?

same thing. They WILL fit any 94-01 integra

like already said...all G3 taillights are interchangable (RS, LS, GS, SE, GSR, ITR)
