What part would give my itr better performance? I don't know which to get first...Aem tru-power pulley, toda cams, or vafc controller? If v-afc controller does any one know exactly how to install?
Thanks

as I just posted, "Cam gears, VAFC, headers w/ full exhaust and CAI will give you a nice power increase. Simple things are needed. unless your looking for a unreliable car." from a different post.

Its all really up to what you can afford.

You are kind of jummping the gun. VAFC before bolt on's probably isn;t the best money spent.

I would say a JDM 4-1 Header and Carsound cat is some of the best money. Followed by a CAI.

ITR's need to breath better. The stock system is so restrictive. Get some type of intake, header, and exhaust combination first. From there, we all (on ITRCA) seem to have different opinions.

Trey, why the JDM 4-1? It had shitty dyno results. http://www.ap-engineering.com/header.html

JDM 4-1 because DC JDM has sever clearance issues. Because it cost 1/2 what the top performers cost. Because we made 10 whp on a Civic Si after tuning by adding it, Because you can run a stock heat shield.

It made about 6-7 whp on my R. Can't really call those shitty results.

Yes there are better. If you can afford $900+ for a header I would look into the new SMSP 4-2-1 or the Toda.
