depends on what your plainning on doing. All you need is a OBD2 to OBD1 harness and the ECU. You could use either a p72 (GSR ECU) or a p28 (any single cam ECU w/VTEC) The p28 is cheaper.

im just curious why would you go about using a P28 single cam with vtec for an itr?

I have ordered my ECU from Kenji with the harness. He is actually sending me a P06 and installing the VTEC function into the ECU  As soon as it arrives i will post a review :D

very very very easy to do. It plugs right up.

To answer the question about why p28. You would only run this ECU if you was going to boost and use a Hondata. The all you need for a hondata is a OBD1 ecu with VTEC (for VTEC cars). People use the p28 because it's so much cheaper then the 72. Hope that clears things up.
