Ive picked up a pair of acura nsx calipers (91-95) for my R and they still fit inside of the stock 15 wheel. These calipers are of a two piston design and offer a bit more clamping force which will come in handy for lapping this year. No drilling required they fit in the stock location.

Never knew you could fit NSX calipers on a ITR. Well i guess you lear something new each day.

But i was a little curious, seeing as the factory ones are single piston units and the NSX are dual piston units, will it not require more brake fluid to make the caliper more efficient than the single piston counterpart? Or does Acura just use smaller pistons that displace the same amount of fluid?

Also if the later is true, would it not be more advantagious to also put in am NSX brake master cylinder?

Sorry about the questions, just thought i would ask. :D

They're not quite a bolt on - but pretty close.

You need to use some washers to space the caliper properly - you also need to change the rotors from 22mm to 28 mm thick.

Here are some pics of the calipers on my R:

The rims are 15x6.5 Mugen MF-10 with +45mm offset.
