ITR BBQ FOOD LIST FOR THE ITR MEET ON THE 15th

To all attendees of the upcoming itr meet, everyone is welcome to bring food n other necessities to share with others. Kindly list your name down on the list and add what you will be bringing and i'll update the list for everyone.

FOOD LIST:
1. Kicker773(Paul) - Marinated Chicken and Sausages
2. CWtegRno160(Justin) - Soda
3. Chris N(Chris) - Grill
4. Nsxtasy(Ken) - Cookies
5. PY01-0332(Peter) - Charchoal and Lighter Fluid
6. Mugen Mike(Mike) - Bags of Chips
7. Vegas36(Galvan) - Mexican Rice
8. Wai(Wai) - Chicken Wings
9. Lanceh - Burgers and Dogs
10. KitkatR - Salad Pasta and possibly Paper plates
11. Double A (BrewCityR) and DK (mltdown) - condiments and water

Also if it's not too much to ask we will be accepting donations for "len" from honda-tech. Anything is accepted clothes, money, and other life necessities. You can send money via paypal to ipsracing2@aol.com or if you want to donate clothes I will be sending a box the following monday to len. If you don't have paypal you can just get a money order whatever you can and i can send it out together on monday. I appreciate your contributions thanks.

geesh guys c'mon you guys have viewed this 21 times n no on wants to bring anything.. :? we still are going to be needing charcoal, lighter fluid, ice cubes, condoments(i.e. ketchup n mustard) paper plates, spoons, forks, n cups, and a cooler.

also i kno we won't be spending all day eating.. god i hope not, so bring some basketballs, baseball gloves, n other recreational items you can have fun with at the meet. I know there's basketball cour there so maybe we can have a bball game py's against blk itr's or cw's against py's.. =)

Some of those things (like the paper plates and other stuff) are more essential than cookies, so I can switch what I'm bringing to anything else that's needed...

I'll bring some fireworks that Dave has sitting around the apartment.

ok sounds good erick i'll post it up. Galvan might bring some mexican rice to go with the chicken =). We still gonna need some buns for the sausages. I'm surprised no one mentioned burgers n buns.. anyone wanna bring some?

forgot to mention we need some napkins or paper towels..

if people show up empty handed we can send them back out for food.

Don't worry about mass emailing people - if they haven't responded yet they aren't going to.

We'll make due - or pool our money together and send someone out at the start of the bbq.

Ok my girlfriend just told me she wanted to go, I dont know if that list is updated but just tell us what to bring.

That should also add two more R's to the list depending on if she wants to drive or not.

Justin - dont' worry about drinks bring what you can and we'll decide if we
need some more or not.

KitkatR - its finally good to see more people respoinding to the thread, pasta salad sounds soo good :lol: n yes ask your gf to drive =) the more the better

lanceh - i'll put you on some burgers on dogs.

nsxtasy - ken i need to know for sure what kind of condoments your bringing, so maybe i can have kitkatR bring some paper plates. thanks again guys for pitching in, i was starting to worry we wouldn't have enough food..

btw saturday's weather forecast looks sooo good for a bbque
