information about car thieves

hi, im not around from here, but i just heard their are low lifez that wanna jack my Type R, and i heard that they got my VIN Number and went to the acura dealership , knowing some workers there , they were able to cut my key copy with the immbolizer...?? damn can they do that or what?? i dont know because if it was that easy every one would steal anyones car.?

Yes and no....
Yes they can come into the dealer and get a key made but they can not get the imbobilizer code with out the other key. So they can get into your car but not start it.
Also the dealers do not give out keys unless the recipiant can provide proof of ownership of the car. they cant just walk in with a VIN and expect to get a key cut.

if they can get the key to just start up da radio and stuff, but wouldnt they be able to jump start the car?? curuious because i was thinking what if that is what they might do. thank.
