http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1057873 I'm guessing these are sold - lowdowns are well worth the extra money versus your current budget.

For separate springs, H&R, Eibach, or GroundControl would do the trick. Do you know what shock you've got? If they aren't matched up you could really have a mess...

I have recommend, tried and tested the Koni yellows coupled with H&R springs on the ITR and they work real good.
Remember, the OE suspension is factory-hardcore and to upgrade properly, you need to decide what you will do with your car or for what reason you are changing the suspension.

For most people, the stock set up is more than enough.

Now bbqman has "the wisdom"

He's right - lots of people have used that relatively simple setup as an improvement to the stock layout.

btw - bbqman will probably run 30+ events in his R

AND

still drive to the Expo!

The choice should be simple...pop in Konis with H&R springs...then spend the money you saved on track time!!!!

Before you get into AutoX, Find out what rules you want to abid by and don't. then look at what suspensions are out there.

Stock suspension kicks ass, and can be had for cheap with low miles, just keep searching the classifieds here and there.

I live in NYC and would not use anything else but stock around here... I could not see bending a $1000 +suspension on a fuggin pot hole.

Good luck.
