All Known USDM ITR VINs and Info
*See next post(s) for each year
Argh...Too much data, it needs a web home I think.

Out of the 3835 reports (carfax had no info for 15 of the VINs), there are:
178 "reported stolen"
223 "recovered after theft"

So, a grand total of 401 known thefts out of 3850 cars.
That is 10.42 %.

we already have badge #'s if they are known in the registry. I wouldn't mind setting it up so we can display the badge number and sequence number in the FAQ though.

So how are we supposed to vote if we think it belongs in the FAQ and in the registry?

So if my last digits are 003556 then my car was the 3,556 car to roll off that plant in 98?

12th to 17th characters- Identifies the sequence of the vehicle for production

LOL, whats so hard about the chart? What do you need to know? :D

The chart tells us how many ITR's were actually made for US soil. It doesnt correlate badge number to VIN number. In fact, a formula I believe is still being worked on to see if our badge numbers even have any significance to VIN numbers

The persons who helped us find this way to track the number of ITR's had suggested that we use a database to find this information. Meaning that EACH VIN number had to manually entered in to find if it was a count.

I highly doubt the database we use is similiar or even existent for the vehicles made for the CDN, JDM, and UKDM market.

What's to understand... You have one of the 650 PYs made in 2001. and 55% of ITRs is 2001 were PY.

as for your VIN # is it low, high or in the middle? that would determine when in the year it was made.

Now like Mike said... the VIN and badge have nothing to do with this. that might come later down the road.

Think we should try matching up the VINs to the badge #. too see any relation...

Rob, to answer your original question, I'll ask another. WHERE ELSE DOES IT BELONG. :D

This info should be on a plaque, where all ITR owners could pay homige (sp) 8)

Blast from the past...hehe

Yours would be the 3,556th two-door manual tranny Integra to roll out of the plant.

It's been found out that Honda used 4 sequences of VINs for USDM Integras.

3-door manual
3-door auto
4-door manual
4-door auto

So the ITR VIN sequence is shared with the 3-door GSRs and 3-door RS/LS/GS manual tranny Integras.

So there could be a 4-door GS auto, a 4-door LS manual, and a 3-door GS auto from your year that also share the 003556 sequence.

:)
