Need Help In Buying Type R

Hey everyone, I am pretty convinced in buying this Type R. Brokenhearted made a good point about the engine bay being discolored from an oil leak or some sort. So I was hoping you guys/girls can give me some tips or advice on what other reasons the discoloring is from. Thanks

Maybe it's just dirty? I've had oil leak after oil leak, no discoloring. It could be from heat/fire, check out the hood to see if the original stickers are still there.

It looks like it needs a really good cleaning.
compare it to mine... the only pic I could find on short notice
