DS class / AC removal

I was sondering if anyone knew if its legal for scca autox D stock to remove the AC in the itr considering it is a option? and some came with out AC? also is it legal to remove the PS? or will this all bump me up a class?
tryin to get her redy for the autox late may in Sac

What year is your ITR? IIRC it was only an option in 97, and I know it was standard in 00-01. Not really sure about 98 though.

its an 01, so i cant remove it? even though its a pos and doesnt work bc the person befor me screwed it up

If it wasn't an option, I think the only thing you can do is disconnect the belt.

Best to download the rules .pdf from scca and check.

It was an option in '98 too.

well i joined nasa so it really doesnt matter. I like nasa's rules a lot better than scca. Theres more freedom to what you can do.
