The VW R32 club just had a DE event at VIR. Here's a video of me doing a couple of so-so laps in my Type-R.

RacerRex, what group were you running in? I saw a few spots where you could've used more track, turned in too early, and could've gotten on the gas earlier/harder.

The R32 folks had three run groups: Beginner, which was complete noobs; Advanced, which was people with 20+ DE's; and Intermmediate, which was everyone else. I was in the intermmediate group.

It was a pretty cold day - at least for my RE-010's - and grip was very inconsistent. I wound up spinning at the top of Roller Coaster so I decided to take it easy and stay where I had the most grip, which was often slightly off-line. Still a lot of fun, though :D
