Well she has been great no complains got the armrest replaced, the original was worn from previous owner the stitching look'd pink. I was thinking about a DIY but was in a hurry main thing is tho the badge is so well put on with some type of small circular crimpd flat disc's so this makes it hard not to snap the brittle little peice of plastic that holds the badge on the armrest. Got that done and replaced most of the old tint with Huper Optyk clear tint called T-60 i think. Once this year is over and anniversary + Holidays are over i will be takeing her into a reputable body shop by my house which my brother inlaw works right next door to. She will get a refinishing of the doors, fenders, and rear quarter panels also a New paint job and the color will stay the same PY for Life Lol. In the process im looking to aquire near perfect or really good oem 00 floormats and the rare trunk mat. I want other things also but im gonna pace myself thanks for asking and sorry i wrote soo much Lol

That's cool you're replacing parts like that to bring heR back to showroom condition. Sorry, no help here on the badge issue, maybe someone else will chime in.
I'm surprised she needs all that body work and new paint. She looked great in the pics! Be careful when you drop heR off at the body shop for repairs. Make sure they keep her indoors overnight. I've heard of Rs getting parts taken while sitting at body shops, even if its just one wheel or the lip. Also I'd swap out easy snatching parts like the shift knob and armrest with crappy non-ITR parts while it's away. I just have such bad luck that I'd need to plan for crap like that
Good luck with all the work

Thanks guys im spending time on her everyday. Today i applied armor all to all the exterior plastic and rubber molding. I wouldnt use armor all on the interior just me. It did bring back a nice luster to all the rubber trim and plastic includeing the windshield wiper's.I will keep you guys up to date on what i get accomplished.Till Jan of 07 i wont start pouring money into her because my wife and I have our anniversary this Dec.We are takeing a trip to the bahamas again we loved it soo much.

Call these guys up and ask about Type -R floor mats.
http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/jsp ... p=25&np=50
In the meantime, clip those mats up at the carwash and
Blast The Shit Outta Them and Rinse Well ( Don't worry, they can take it)! Let 'em drain while you wash the car, take 'em home and put on the floor under ceiling fan on high, reposition after 6-8 hrs. and by the next day they'll be dry and look a lot fresher.
You looks
tooling around in your kaaR.

Hey Gary (98 CW ITR 322), have you called the above dealer? Are those really the checkered floor mats? Trying to better ID the part numbers to no avail....

Not sure, that's why I said call them. You'll have no luck with part numbers... they as well as dealerships put different part numbers on their qutes and such. It's such a ghey scam. I've wanted to get a body shop estimate book for Gen. 3's. I had one for Gen. 1 teggys and even listed p/ns' for JDM glass (green tint back then).
