ALL Motor or Forced Induction

Just curious about whats better going all motor or just putting forced induction ? Whats better for the car on the long run ? That requires less maintenance ?

The B18C5 is one of the BEST all-motor engines out of the box. To Force Inject it would make it just another turbo/supercharged motor. Any sort of forced injection will cause premature wear on the engine even with the best tune, so rebuilds will come sooner. Maintenance, same thing.
Not sure if you get that same high-reving pretty engine music for which the Type R is known.
Edit: It also depends on your plans for heR. If you plan to compete, you may have to be concerned with what rules apply to different classes. Putting a turbo on an ITR might throw you in the pool with WRXs and EVOs, where you'd get lost in the fury.

for the love of all itrs out there keep it na. you can get plenty of power and what ever else you want out of an NA no matter wat people like to think and say. try a little bit of head work, perfected tuning, and if you want individual throttle bodies. my person favorite and choice.

Stock is the only way to get the least maintance and the most reliabilty. After all it is a Honda Automobile.
I wanted boost, so I left the R alone and got a WRX. But the overall thing is, It's your car do as you please.

there's no such thing as 'better'. It's a personal choice that you need to be well informed to make.
So do some research and make the decision. If you are strictly going to rely on internet forum responses, I'd be willing to bet the final outcome will be about 50/50.
