ITR code issues 0441

I have a 97 R #32 and I keep getting a code 0441 purge flow issues constanly but not sure how to fix this problem. Would this cause any idle problems any help would be appretiated.h

check your vacuum hoses in and around the charcoal canister if those are good, your purge control Solenoid might have locked up, I'd try replacing that 1st.

Is your not idling right?

Thanks I will try that because these codes show up literally everytime I start the car.
