Hi people, my external wastegate is set at 14psi, but I want to run 6psi, how do I do that? (take-off the spring, boost controller, or what?)
thanks

best bet is to order a new spring. They are rated by preload

what kind of wastegate is it? you cannot make boost go lower than spring presure even with a boost controller

so wait you have an internal or external gate? you can't have both? if it is a tial just go to their site and order the spring you want. a Boost controller will do nothing because it can't make the turbo make less than the spring presure of the wastegate.

wrong. you can only raise boost with a boost controller not lower it
