Last weekend my wife and I went to the Tail of the Dragon in Southern Tennessee w/ the MR2 club. Fri. & Sat. it rained so we went into Gatlinburg for some site seeing. We stopped at Cooter's Garage (Cooter from the TV show Duke's of Hazzard. The day we went, the guy that played Cletus Hogg was there and we ended up meeting him and talking w/ him....a very nice & down to Earth man.) Then we visited the Ripley's Believe it or not Museum and also the Star Car Museum. Here is a link to my Webshots album. I know I didn't take the Type R....but the first few pics are of the R LOL!

This is a video clip taken by the owner of the MR2 board pointing out towards the front of the car. It should give you an idea what the Dragon is like....but it does not convey the severity that it really has. Enjoy!

I need to get back to the dragon this year... it has been a while since my last time.

Good stuff :thumbup: I rolled through the Dragon in early November on my way back from Charlotte picking up my beater.

nice. im heading over to the dragon after the expo.

The Dragon is a blast but I would not recommend driving it alone just in case your car would break down or if you run into any problems. Getting a cell signal was pretty difficult in the mountains. Be careful and have fun!
