Hello everybody, I'm so happy I finally received my Revhard Turbo Kit Stage 2...thanks to Justin of Import Carparts, he gave me a good deal. Looks like I got everything except for Instruction Manual ':('. Is anybody here in this forum has Revhard Instruction Manual you could spare for me? I will pay if I have to or a big THANK YOU if you're willing to share ':D'. I can't wait to install these on my ITR. any help is appreciated.

I'm thinking of getting this...Deatschwerks Injectors they have a 450 cc drop in, no muss, no fuss fitment but I don't know if they are good. I'd like to start the install of the turbo kit, but I need instruction how to put all the parts together, big parts is fine but the little stuff like hoses & fittings I don't have a clue, I'm new to this and my ride is a complete stock, I just don't want to screw up the kit. I replace a whole bunch of parts already which the previous owner did not took good care of the ITR.

Deatchwerks injectors are top notch. No worries there.

I have a revhard kit on my car. My kit didn't come with instructions either...
it's not that hard..just bolt it on.

search hondatech..I'm sure someone has done a write up.

I found this one http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=635014 very useful and lots of pics, thanks for the advice Jan. I'm starting to install my turbo kit can't wait to finish it. I have one more question, where should I support the downpipe? is it after the flex? or before the flex? any input is appreciated.

the stock support bracket for the stock A pipe can be modified to make it fit your DP. I would support it there assuming the flex section is in the same general location as the stock ball and socket connection was.

I ended up welding up a little bracket that attached to the stock bracket on the back of the block, and I then clamped that to my DP.

Thanks for the input Jan, I wish you're my neighbor :D ...downpipe is all good now and it fits perfectly with my new catalytic from SMSP (Dave did a very good job), it's 2.5" 400 cell. Now, I have to figure out this dump tube :? . Just curiosity, why would Revhard sent me two missing link? any idea guys? I also purchased RC550 Injectors, Golden Eagle Fuel Rail and Fuel pressure regulator, can I install these in conjunction with FMU from Revhard without running in to problems? one guy told me I will be running too rich. The tuning shop I trust is about 800 miles from my place and I want to install these so I don't have to pay them the labor to do it and it is actually fun doing all these building process.

The FMU supplied in the kit is designed to be used with the stock injectors. The car will not run with 550s without engine management.

They should have only sent one missing link to you..not two. My kit didn't even come with a missing link...it came with 4 aquarium air pump check valves...what a joke...

I would highly recommend picking up a Hondata S300 (not because I sell them, but because it works), then you can install a base map that will safely get you to your tuner...or you can tune it yourself :)

I just checked your store and I didn't realize that everything I need is you have them all . I could have been purchased everything in one store rather than running & searching around. But, anyway thanks for your input it helps me a lot considering I'm a newbie. I just purchased the Hondata not too long ago and it's S300 and P28 ECU and still in the box. I definitely have more shopping to do for my ITR and just wondering if you do shipping to Canada?

if you have a S300 you dont need the FMU or missing links

For now I will be installing the FMU & Missing Link from Revhard so I would be able to drive it to my tuner (about 800 miles) and then they can do the Hondata for me. I just don't wanna damage the computer part it's kind a complicated, I have to do alot of reading and then I might be able to do it :? , it's very expensive to waste, unless I would be able to find a step by step how to put it in.

I just found out when I finished installing the SManager Software for Hondata S300, there are some built-in calibrations and one of them is for Revhard which is my kit. Now, can I use these settings? please help!

Unless you have a wideband, and know how to tune... I'd go with your original plan. Drive it to your tuner on the Revhard hardware and stock injectors.

Other people's calibrations are not guaranteed to run well on your setup. You always have to dial them in to your exact setup.

I agree thats why I said dont roll into boost at all. just figured it would save him some cash if he could install himself then take it to the tuner

I'm almost finish on everything except for Blow-off valve that comes with the kit. There's two ports in it, one is mounted on the top (bigger size) and one below (smaller size), which one should I connect to the vacuum source or does it need both, I'm confused :? please help...

I phone Revhard and the BOV issue on the ports is resolve, the top one should be connected to the vacuum and the bottom port which is smaller compared to the top, is leave it open, it's just a bleeder. Everything works good so far :D

Hardwork is finally done on my ITR with Revhard Kit Stage II, thanks for the HELP guys :D . I got rid of FMU, missing link, oil drain (went with braided and weld-on coupling to the oil pan), and went with Hondata S300, RC550 Injectors, B&M fuel pressure modifier and Walbro 255lph Intank pump. Load the calibrations B18C5RevhardSC61.skl from Hondata and she starts right up :D .
