95,000 original miles
All stock (except for parking lights: changed to 'Clear' to match the Championship White), and never been modded.
New transmission installed under manufacturer's warranty by dealership @ approx. 23,500 miles instead of fixing 2 to 3 defect ones - service record available on hand; drives perfect ever since.
Stock interior (never taken apart to avoid any squeeking possibility) w/ all original floor mats and trunk mat.
Stock exterior
No accident
No theft
Manufacturer's options added - A/C, single-CD player, Tint
Garage kept and babied
Never been to the track
Fully dealership maintenance with records on hand.
Consistent maintenance and oil change using Mobil-1 10W30 Fully Synthetic oil all the time.
90k maintenance done, timing-belt changed, new radiator, plugs, hoses.
4 brand-new Yokohama 195-15-55 tires (less than 1 month old).
2nd owner, bought from 1st owner (a doctor, getting married and buying a house) in 2000.
Small patch with touch up paint on the front lip (1st owner ran into a raccoon).
All original, VIN# and tags, including all windshields - still have the original Honda logos on, with a few minor chips (all fixed) on the front windshield.

Good luck my friend and watch out for lowballers!

Pretty car, but what's replacing it?

Looks VERY clean for the mileage!! GL with the sale, and yeah, don't give in to lowballers or anyone who whines about "blah blah, its a 10 year old car" :P

Have you thought about taking the R with you?
Pimping a US ITR over seas is about cool as it gets... Well drving your R on the Neurimburg(sp?) is the coolest!

Wow  $17500 for a almost 100K miles car. I hope you are not leaving the country anytime soon. Look at all the others with less miles and asking less are still on the market.

Those are after market pedals in your pics, aren't they?

Average asking price to mileage - based on research for all ITR for sale on this forum itself in the past one year, with very similar specs and condition - never been modded, is around that range.

What is the fair price in your opinion?

Those paddles are just clipped on the original by couple of screws, they could be removed with just one screw driver within 10 mins. The originals are right beneath those padals.

Your research has not been thorough. check this post:
http://www.itrca.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7656
1/2 of your milage and asking around the same price, still for sale since Nov. 06

And this post in your state which was sold around $14K with 79K miles:
http://www.itrca.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8565

Both cars are stock. Your car is about $5-6K overpriced.
But then again, it's your car and you have every right to sell at a price that you are comfortable with. Given your listed reason to sell, I don't know you have the time to wait for that "right" buyer to show up.

sold yet?

Oh I will! It's already in the shop being painted orange, I ordered some 22" wheels for it and I'm putting TV screens in the dashboard. j/k
