P0505 HELP

My chech engine light came on and and through a code p0505 idle control system failure a day aftr i did a throttle service because the idiot that owned my car before dipped the air filter in the oil to keep it clean and in ran up the intake pipe so i cleaned it. i took off the iac valve and clean and it just came back any ideas theres no vacum leaks either
