I keep blowing them up...

Fuses that is...

I keep blowing the fuse for my spedo/tac/etc. and my fog lights no longer work either. I have no idea why I am blowing so many fuses. Any insight on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Have you changed anything, even the smallest thing?
If not then it sounds like you need to check every inch of the factory wiring to see if there is any wire that has rubbed it's self bare and grounding out.
Not easy or quick...

I have not blown any fuses as of late, but my instrumentation lights do not work. My fog lights are out, my city lights do not illuminate, and my tail lights do not work.

I have checked every fuse in the fuse box and under the bonnet and none of them are blown. I guess I will have to tear out the dash and start looking for shorts.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I get down and dirty?

So, after about 16 man-hours of troubleshooting it turns out that the switch for the instrument panel and running lights burned out. I just finished wiring in a bypass on a 2-pole switch until I can hit up either the junk yard or the Acura parts department.

The switch really threw us for a loop b/c the headlights are on the same switch and they work just fine. Maybe the contacts for the running lights/instrument panel burned out
