I'm replacing my header with an aftermarket one. So should i look into a better gasket or just stick with the OEM one and what kind of gasket spray/lube should i look for?

The OEM one should be fine. If your current one on the car is still in good shape go ahead and re-use it. Uh for gasket lube just check your local auto store or something they'll help you up with that.

How can you give an answer when the OP hasn't said what parts?

As for gasket spray/lube, for what do you need that for?

OP, please give more details. Parts you plan on using would help to determine what you need/ don't.

I suggest asking a Toda header owner what they have, I have no clue. But I would guess that it uses a 2.5 donut gasket, just like the oe jdm header I have.

Oh i know it uses the 2.5 donut gasket. I was more concerned about the gasket connecting to the engine.

I've reused mine plenty of times w/o any leaks or problems, It's the orignal one too.
if you still have it then use it, if you need one then get the OE ;)
