Well what happened is that usually I never take my car out on the rain but recently I basically had to do so, and I always had a tiny little bubbles under the first "plastic" layer around the little scratch from rock but next morning after my car was out in the rain I noticed that this bubbled area had significantly increased and "plastic" begin to peal off the paint... so did anyone ever experienced that before? And what should I do? Cuz its not the paint but this weird clear protective layer thats pealing off so I don't think I need to repaint my whole wing because of that, but what then? Tnx for your input

Unless you have a gravel sheild which is not likley; that's clear coat. do you live in a metro area? you could be dealing with a little bit of acid rain.
Let me know if any thing has ever been spilled on the car. EX: coke beer or any thing acidic.
I'll wait for the pics to give my full insight.
