What type of oil should I run in the teg?

What type of oil should I run in the teg?

My last daily driver was an Rx7 rotary, and this is my first teg, so I want to make sure that I use the best type of oil possible for the B18C5.....any recommendations?

Regardless of the brand you go with. 5w-30 is what our owner's manual suggests.
