I suggest PM'ing Kevin: aka, ITR 1102/Move Over for your ecu needs. He is in Topeka, KS and is in our neck of the woods often. As far as tuning software, he can do Crome, Hondata, and I think Neptune. If you want Hondata, you should just get the S300. You will spend more than the difference in price just in tuning. S300 is much easier and IIRC, took about 1.5 hrs less dyno time to tune.
