There are no specific details in regards to Expo 9 public yet. The only public information is that the commitee would like to see a West Coast event happen.

Looks like I won't be at Expo next year, unless it works out not the week in Alaska, and I can fly in/get picked up/fly out.

My first expo was last year and I couldn't afford to drive but I hope it's close to the east coast because I'll be all over a drivers spot in 09!!!

utah i dont know if im done for that drive Michigan that still be drive but i would make it i agree needs to be in the middle of the states so fair for everyone even tho vir is a nice ass track there nothing in ohio kentucky mississpi area?>

I assure you they are looking at various tracks around the US. The location, end user price(how much we will pay), safety concerns(run off for newbies like myself), and other factors are all in play. They have done an excellent job in the past with this event so I have full confidence they are doing the best of their abilities.

Erik's right. Expo's generally have ~90 ITRs in attendance. We-Todd on steriods in terms of ITR numbers.

Dave B If this is true Jackson and I can genrate some real interest and try to get some sponsorship from some west coast companies maybe.

I can get in touch with quite a few people and see what the consensus looks like. Just let me know and I will get started calling people and posting up for interest from the west coasters.
