Virginia/DC/Maryland: Canadian 2000 Championship White ITR
After 6 long years, I am finally selling my beloved Type-R. I recently bought a home and I am getting engaged so I need to free up some extra money!
Year: 2000
Color: Championship White / Black Interior (Some Canadian models had red interiors)
Mileage: 37,500 (Was never my daily driver)
Origin: Ontario, Canada
Current Location: Northern Virginia
Modifications:
Mugen 2.5" Header
Fujitsubo RM-01A exhaust
J's Racing Carbon Fiber Air Intake
SMSP Random Technologies 2.5" Catalytic Converter
Enkei ES Tarmac 16x7 +45 wheels w/Center Caps imported from Japan (only weigh 13 lbs)
Michelin Pilot Sports 215/45-16 with lots of life left
Zeal Super Function S All Aluminum Coil overs 12k/8k (extremely light weight and RARE)
Mugen Rear Strut Bar
Rays Engineering Red Forged Lug Nuts
JDM red-stitch shift boot.
Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads and ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid
Stock Parts that I still have:
Header
Catalytic Converter
Lug Nuts
Shift Boot
Air Intake
Brake Rotors and Pads
The exhaust is sitting in Upstate, NY and I am not going to drive there to pick it up.
History: I imported this car from Canada in 2003 with 24,000 miles on the clock. The vehicle is titled and legal in the states. The only difference is that this car has daytime running lamps and the speedometer is in kilometers. I have only put about 13,000 miles on the car over the past 6 years. I have taken it to four High Performance Driving Events and it performed admirably. I have not had any significant repair issues with the car since I owned it. I replaced a broken pressure plate and clutch at 25,000 miles. I had to replace the ECU in 2006. I also replaced the timing belt in 2007 because the owners manual calls for it after 6 years. Other than that, all service was limited to alignments and oil changes. The car has two tiny dings, one is on the roof from a stone and is barely visible. The other is above the driver side rear wheel well. I got quoted at $150 to pop out both dents from a mobile ding repair service. The rear trunk release latch does not work. You need to use the key to open the hatch. I was quoted at $300 to fix the trunk latch from the Acura dealer. I just use my key to open the hatch. There are no other issues or problems with the car. The car is in immaculate condition and there quite a few people on this board that can vouch for it. Both I and the previous owner always garaged the car. The paint is PERFECT.

Sure, PM me with an offer on the wheels and tires. The tires are basically brand new and cost $150+ per tire.nsxjoe wrote:Just wanted to ask you would you be willing to sell those enkei wheels?

Car is pending sale. At the moment, the car is being sold with ALL parts so I can't part anything. If the deal falls through, wheels maybe be available.

In Canada, Championship White was available in 2000 and 2001. In Canada, the Type-R was offered with a black interior or a red interior.
