if im not mistaken, that goes for cars that were registered 2009 and later. Im pretty sure this car has been Cali registered for over 3 years now with out any problems.

does this car come with all the proper papers, titles and such to be registered in any state in the US? looking at your pictures was this ITRDC5 been taken apart? i see no interior trim panels in the back?

I believe this was one of the race models that had some amenities added to it by the owner once it got to the US.
