Hey guys/gals,
I was planning on purchasing this shifter and was just wondering if anyone was running this and if so what were their thoughts. Also are the delrin bushings which come with the unit good quality or should I upgrade? If I upgrade what bushings should I go with?
Thanks,
Rob

Re: Fastline Shifter
Get a B and M those are by far the best short shifters for the R's

Re: Fastline Shifter
Fastline is not a "short shifter" It's actually an extended shifter that puts the ball closer to the steering wheel.
The only "bad" things I have heard is that it's a little bit "sloppy" on the shifter feel.
Personally, I have wanted one. I drove my friends with it in it and fell in love!!!

Thanks Dave B for the input. I have heard about the sloppy feel also but I don't think I would mind it. I'll keep you posted if I end of getting one which should be before Expo 10. Speaking of Expo 10, are you going this year Dave B?
Re: Fastline Shifter
This is the ONLY complaint I have heard. I've heard people put ES or Mugen bushings in, however I can't say if it helped or not.
As for E10, unfortunately I will not be in attendance.

Too bad Dave. I was hoping to put some faces with names of people on these forums.
