SE PA: wtb 2000-01 ITR (cash in hand)
I'm in the West Chester PA area. Looking for a BLACK 2000-2001, or ChampWhite Canadian 2000-2001. I'd also consider a 97-98.
This is a tough market, selling my WRX meant dropping $2K below normal haggling. Looking for another motivated seller.
Looking to spend $9K-$13K. I'm a ten year technician, so technical problems and normal wear and tear are not a problem. Willing to drive/meet far if necessary, but a local sale would be great!

scratch that, I got far too overwhelmed with offers and realized it's worth more to me than I was listing her for so I'm going to hold on to it for awhile.Dave_B wrote:PM user itrsteve. He might still be selling his xBP one and he's in NC.
OP, are you sure you don't like yellow? there are two excellent deals up here with yellow ones.

Too bad you're not selling anymore but I do understand where you're coming from.
I just can't get over the fact that yellow screams steal me I'm an R, while black could feasibly blend in a row. Keep in mind, I've had a 98 stolen from me

Here's a black one in VA. Dave here was also a previous owner and rebuilt the motor.

Sorry to hear about your 98 getting stolen. Do you remember the badge # from the armrest?

Ready for this one?
Car got stolen, one month later hard drive somehow incurred "physical damage" and all pictures of the car, including badge #, are gone forever.
My luck has since improved, in case you were concerned. Ha.

Ugh, damn. Sorry to hear...nothing like getting kicked while you're down.
Well, I hope the same doesn't happen with the next one. Welcome to ITRCA

Re: SE PA: wtb 2000-01 ITR (cash or wrx to trade)
I've been looking for a reason to go to NYC, and a stop in West Chester to sell an R would be a good enough one for me. PM me if you're interested in mine and we can talk.

Bump since I dug out the VIN of my stolen R and am about to do some research!

No need to bump, just buy mine.

The correct term there would be "trade" hahaelambz wrote:No need to bump, just buy mine.
I'm 100% ready, just need to get that wrx cash in hand or find someone looking to trade. I thought there would be more trade interest but I'm in the process of marketing my wrx more now.

Re: SE PA: wtb 2000-01 ITR (cash or wrx to trade)
PM me the VIN and there's a good chance I can find out the badge #. We have a contact inside Acura who found a handwritten list of the '97 and most of the '98s by VIN and their badge #. It was recorded at the factory as they were "badged".InfiniteMotors wrote:Bump since I dug out the VIN of my stolen R and am about to do some research!

Bump for trade offers, plenty of rsx's and others but no solid R's yet. Had one PY on Honda-tech with a questionable history.. willing to add cash for the right one.

Hey- A bit more modified than I'm looking for but I'll definitely keep you in mind.elambz wrote:Mine is still for sale...
I've searched and searched but can't find good solid info on the Canadian models- there is a 2000 very local for me. I know about the daytime running lights and KM cluster but need some OEM approved info.
