Nice! Not sure if I want to know the pricetag on that GT3 differential.
I see danny's civic, but who does the other one belong to?

I'm sure by taking out the Diff yourself you saved $14,000 in labor from the dealership. Are you swapping it out or what was the reason behind taking it out? If there is something brutally obvious in the photo, my apologies for my ignorance.

The OEM Porsche LSD becomes ineffective very quickly. The preload on the factory LSD is very low, like 10-15 lb-ft. Don't understand why Porsche does this. It's going to be rebuilt by a Porsche specialist ( Guard Transmission) who replaces the clutches with better material and changes the preload to a much more effective level. It will be nice to have some grip coming out of the corners and not be unstable under braking. I really didn't have a functioning LSD all of last year.

A local friend of Erik's. The plan was to take a number of parts off of Danny's car and switch them over to that one, mainly the rear hubs and control arms for the disc brakes. 15+ years of rust won out.
