a/c

anyone remove the a/c on their r? how much of an ordeal is it and how much does the a/c unit weigh?

My a/c now consists of rolling down the windows, and using my hand to direct air in. I removed the a/c last winter, you are probably talking 20lbs or so, that includes the hoses, compressor, belt, condenser, and dessicant. The evaporator core is still in, but that's under the dash, it is staying. Took me about 2 hours to get all of it out.

All Canadian R's don't come with a/c,which is a factory option.......
ITR is the king of FF!!!
