hp out of head tunning

hey whats up i dont have my itr yet but heres my mod idea and i need as much help as possible
i use to have a b18c5 in my old si so im not too new to this
im looking on removing my itr head and haveing this done to it
port and polished
new cams installed
new valves installed
new springs instlled
new cam gears installed
new fuel injectors,rail,and sending unit installed
hytech header and exhaust installed
cold air intake
throttle body(maybe)
vafc, or hondata tuned ecu for what i have

ok heres where i need the help i have an idea on what parts to use but i want to hear from you guys on what you think is best
im gonna do everything my self except the head work
(i know what im doin)
im lookinf for over 200whp N/A without tearing into the lower end of the block

u dont need new valves if ur going NA. ur stock ones are thinner and will work just fine. as for other parts i would go with toda.
i enjoi my ITR :)

i would go with toda toooooooooooooo
but be very carefull when you have you head done very few people can make power and honda heads I would talk with ericks of at least check out the web page http://www.ericksracing.com
