Sat com'n up i'll b picking up my own R
R just for me--->(nessb18c5)
can't sleep for the pass 3 days
can't eat or think with out thinking about the R
am i go'n crazy? ahhhhh
can't wait to get it
got to agree on both accounts. The first week I had mine I slept very little
it was in the garage and I couldnt believe I finally got one! As far as safety
goes,as I was looking for R's(about a year) it seemed that 7 out of 10 were
theft recovey, salvage title and that wasnt just the 97-98's! having my 00 Si stolen didnt help my paranoia, anyways I put on lo jack with early warning, the brake lock and just got my viper responder on last week.
lock it up tight so you can enjoy it for years to come as I hope I can do
as well. congrates!!!

I still remember my first night just before picking up my ITR on a Friday afternoon. I just couldn't put my mind together at work 'cause I still couldn't believe that I will have one of the most amazing cars ever in my possession. I have to admit that my first night I had it, I was a nervous wreck. I have a Clifford and it kept chirping due to the motion sensor being quite sensitive for good reasons. I kept jumping out of bed to see what's going on. Remember not to park it just anywhere.
Anyways, it's extremely normal that you stay paranoid about leaving the ITR parked. By putting all sorts of equipment to protect your new baby, you'll feel more secure. It's true that overkill is not a bad thing for our ITRs!
i already cleaned out the garage for my R
the guy tat i'm gonna ask to install my parts
for me he can disable the ecu so it can't be
driven off. i have not been able to get a good
nite sleep for the pass 4 days
but its worth the wait
I remember my sleepless nights before taking my baby home...
And yes... please lock it up... I become arguably one of the most paranoid people when my R is parked without me being around... even in my own garage... I'd build a brick wall behind my rear bumper if I could...
Nothing is overkill...
On that note, anyone else have experience with the DEI (Viper, Clifford, etc) GPS/cellular tracking alarms? I don't want to be paying for nothing...
Anyone know how it compares to the Boomrang(2) system? Always looking to keep my baby safer...
I'll even be sleeping in my sparco'd R until i can afford a clifford alarm this summer:) i double club it (steering alone and clutch), boomerang, motion sensor alarm thats more than sensative, gonna park my beater behind it every night
sounds farely safe to me hehe
